As the Director of CRM, Kimbrely spearheads the implementation of new CRM functionalities and the establishment of a unified Salesforce infrastructure. She collaborates closely with campus leadership and the CRM Steering Committee to ensure seamless integration with other major systems, aligning with campus strategic goals.
Hind Alaasemi
Sr. Salesforce Administrator, Terpengage
Hind joined the TerpEngage team in January 2019. She holds a master's degree in Information System Management with a concentration in Information Security and 4x Salesforce Certifications. Hind currently serves as the Sr. Salesforce Administrator and System Analyst for TerpEngage.
Diego Contreras
Salesforce Administrator
Diego Sáez Contreras joined the TerpEngage Team in January 2025 as a Salesforce Administrator. He holds six Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Administrator. Diego earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology and brings nearly four years of consulting experience across various industries, including automotive, retail, and mining.
Daniel Cutaneo
Business Analyst
Daniel Cutaneo is an IT Consultant and a new member to the TerpEngage team. He has many years of experience with programming and computer science. Prior to joining TerpEngage, Daniel has served as an IT Coordinator and a Jr. System administrator. He has also proudly won multiple hackathons and published apps in the Apple App Store. Daniel completed his undergraduate study at the University of Maryland, and is now continuing to complete his graduate degree. When not working, Daniel enjoys fixing old or broken technology and finding new ways to repurpose them.
Meyana Thorne, DBA
Technical Consultant
Meyana joined the TerpEngage team in December 2022. Previously, she held roles as the Assistant Director of Admissions at UMGC and the Assistant Director of Regional Recruitment and Alumni Relations at UMD. A fellow Terp, she completed her bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and later earned her MBA and DBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She is also a Certified Scrum Master and has earned the Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist and Business Administration Specialist Salesforce Superbadges.
Sharon M. Goodall
Project Manager
Sharon Goodall joined the Office of Faculty Affairs in 2018 to manage the implementation of the faculty data reporting system. She also is a project manager on the TerpEngage team. She has a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and was previously involved in research in the CS department.
Jesam Ikpi
Business Analyst
Jesam has worked at UMD for five years. He has worked on a number of projects in the role of Business Analyst, focusing on requirements analysis, business processes, and process modernization. Originally from Maryland, he received his bachelor's degree and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Jason DeSanto Jones
Assistant Director
Jason DeSanto Jones joined the TerpEngage team in November 2019 after fourteen years of work in academic advising and administration with the Robert H. Smith School of Business and the College of Arts & Humanities. A two-time graduate of Indiana University (MS - Higher Education Administration; BA - Spanish & Biology), Jason supports the TerpEngage Advising Portal and all Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives, and he interfaces with a number of other Salesforce-based projects at UMD.
Sandeepa Konapala
IT Senior Engineer
Sandeepa joined the TerpEngage team in Jan 2022 and has since led the team in various projects. Her prior experience involves working as an ETL Informatica developer for six years before joining UMD and earning her master's degree in Computer Applications. She currently supports the TerpEngage team as an ETL Developer on multiple integrations.
Pradyumna (Kumar) Nandimandalam
IT Senior Engineer / Sr. Informatica ETL Developer
Kumar joined the TerpEngage team in April 2021 after ten years of work experience as the Sr. ETL Informatica/Data Warehouse Developer in various companies. He holds a master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology and is a Certified Specialist in Informatica ETL and Big Data technologies. Kumar serves as the Sr. Informatica ETL Developer for TerpEngage.
Evelyn Reisenwitz
Jr. Project Manager
Evelyn joined the DIT Project Management Office in April 2023 and was assigned to work with the TerpEngage team shortly after. Previously she worked as a consultant with MovePlan, managing office moves for an international pharmaceutical company with a 9-building campus in Gaithersburg, MD. Evelyn grew up in Alabama and received her B.A. in Politics from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. She became a Certified Associate in Project Management through the Project Management Institute in 2022. She currently serves as a Project Manager on the TerpEngage team.
Krishnapriya (Priya) Sankar
IT System Analyst / Salesforce Administrator
Priya joined the TerpEngage team in 2022 as a Salesforce Administrator. She is a certified Salesforce Administrator and a Platform App builder. Priya holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and was previously involved in implementing Salesforce for a non-profit organization.
Dan Vega
Dan Vega - IT Lead Engineer/ Lead Salesforce Developer
Dan joined the TerpEngage team in January 2024 and leads the development team supporting TerpEngage projects across the University. He has deep experience in product development, test development, and software engineering and has been a lead developer on the Salesforce platform for over ten years. He received a master's degree in Computer Science specializing in artificial intelligence from Oregon State University.
