For previously onboarded units: To request a new user, update an existing user, or deactivate a user, complete the Marketing Cloud Access Form.
For urgent matters regarding erroneous Marketing Cloud sends, complete the Email Incident Report Form.

*All new users must complete the Marketing Cloud Best Practices Training before obtaining access.
- As of Fall 2024, ALL UMD staff must successfully complete the Marketing Cloud Best Practices training course to begin using the Marketing Cloud platform. For additional onboarding information, please email mc-support@umd.edu.
