For previously onboarded units: To request a new user, update an existing user, or deactivate a user, complete the Marketing Cloud Access Form.


For urgent matters regarding erroneous Marketing Cloud sends, complete the Email Incident Report Form.

Description

Marketing Cloud is a multichannel marketing tool powered by Salesforce that leverages live audience data for automated and mass communications. This initiative aims to centralize communication with all university and external audiences using a robust tool on a single platform, creating increased visibility of communications across all audience segments.

Marketing Cloud enhances prospect recruitment and supports student success through targeted email automation, streamlines audience creation via live integrations with Salesforce data, and aligns mass email approval processes. Communications include ad hoc mass emails, prospect and alumni management, student success communication journeys, form submission confirmations, event reminders and follow-ups, and social media listening and analysis.

  • Leaders of previously onboarded units should complete the Marketing Cloud Access Form to request a new user, update an existing user, or deactivate a user.
