How to Change Existing Availability
- Click Appointment Manager, located in the lower-left corner of the screen.
- Click the gear icon shown at the top-center of the window that appears.
- You are now in Appointment Availability Settings.
- Scroll down to the “Recurring Availability” heading.
- Click the small down arrow associated with the Availability you want to edit.
- Click Edit in the small menu that appears. You can also click Cancel to get rid of the Availability or Clone to duplicate it.
- Edit the Availability (see How to Create Recurring Availability) and click Save. Be sure to also click Save at the bottom of the Appointment Availability Settings page.
