How to Open a Support Ticket
Email TEadvisingsupport@umd.edu
- Include any relevant UIDs, student names, screenshots, or attachments which would be helpful in troubleshooting your issue
- Expect an initial response within one business day
- Any subsequent communications will be handled within the confirmation email thread
- You may also forward an existing email chain to the above email address to initiate your request for support
Types of issues which should be directed to TerpEngage Advising Support
- Questions regarding new user requests
- Advising team maintenance (members, edits to content of landing pages, etc.)
- Requests for training
- Calendar sync / unsync requests
- General functionality
- Reporting bugs or other unexpected system behavior
- Updating Appointment Prep emails (if applicable)
- Request user deactivation
- Most questions or requests that you would have normally directed toward a member of the TerpEngage Team
