Alumni and Donor Relationship Management

Develop a data integration between TerpEngage and the USM-based ADVANCE system for storing alumni donor data and CRM technology to help improve donor relations and targeted donation campaigns.

With ADVANCE data available in the TerpEngage environment, University Relations will be able to build targeted outreach campaigns using Marketing Cloud. These fully-automated communication “journeys” will leverage TerpEngage’s existing integrations with other campus data sources to build meaningful interactions with alumni and potential donors.
