In Fall 2021, students began submitting applications for reenrollment to UMD using a new application supported by Salesforce. Staff and faculty also review and provide decisions on applications using Salesforce.

The implementation of the system enhances the student experience during the reenrollment process, increases efficiency in the application review and approval process, reduces errors in manual entry of data by staff, and provides data analytics for the reenrollment population.
