How to Open a Support Ticket

  • Include any relevant UIDs, student names, screenshots, or attachments which would be helpful in troubleshooting your issue

  • Expect an initial response within one business day

  • Any subsequent communications will be handled within the confirmation email thread

  • You may also forward an existing email chain to the above email address to initiate your request for support
