How to Change Existing Availability

  1. Click Appointment Manager, located in the lower-left corner of the screen.

  2. Click the gear icon shown at the top-center of the window that appears.

  3. You are now in Appointment Availability Settings.

  4. Scroll down to the “Recurring Availability” heading.

  5. Click the small down arrow associated with the Availability you want to edit. 

  6. Click Edit in the small menu that appears. You can also click Cancel to get rid of the Availability or Clone to duplicate it.

  7. Edit the Availability (see How to Create Recurring Availability) and click Save. Be sure to also click Save at the bottom of the Appointment Availability Settings page.
